Acorn Homes currently offers two fee options to market and sell your home. Option One. A fixed rate fee of £587.50 A non-refundable upfront payment of £293.75 and then the remaining £293.75 becomes due on completion. Option Two. A non-refundable upfront payment of £199.00 and then 0.5% of the final selling price becomes due on completion. Acorn Homes reserves the right to change or withdraw any fee option prior to Terms & Conditions being signed.
